Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer(RTO) is an advanced waste gas treatment technology, and its working principle mainly includes three stages: waste gas preheating, incineration, and cooling. The specific process is as follows:
Exhaust gas preheating: The exhaust gas first enters the incineration chamber through the preheater. In this process, the temperature of the exhaust gases is raised to a certain level, usually around 850°C. During the cooling process, a portion of the heat is recovered and used to further heat the exhaust gases entering the incineration chamber, thereby improving the overall energy efficiency of the plant.
